Welcome to Met@Chabad (“the Application,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Application, services, and related features. By creating an account or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

 

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Application.
   

• By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to use the Application.
   

• We reserve the right to refuse access or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.
   

 

2. End-User License Agreement (EULA)

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
   

• You may not:
   

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
     

  • Use the Application for unlawful purposes or to harm others.
     

  • Rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or otherwise redistribute the Application.
     

Violation of this license may result in immediate termination of access.

 

3. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Engaging in harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or abusive behavior.
   

• Sharing sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable content.
   

• Attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
   

• Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to interact with the platform.
   

 

4. Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

• Zero Tolerance: Any content, attempt, or communication involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitation is strictly forbidden.
   

• Mandatory Reporting: We will immediately report any suspected CSAM or exploitation to relevant law enforcement authorities and child protection agencies.
   

• Permanent Ban: Users engaging in such behavior will be permanently banned without prior notice.
   

 

5. Reporting Objectionable Content

We provide two clear mechanisms for reporting:

1. Within Chat: Users can click “Report User” during a conversation.
    

2. Within Profile View: Users can click the “Report User” button on another user’s profile.
    

When reported, the system will:

• Flag the reported user internally.
   

• Immediately break off the match between the two users, ensuring they are never matched again.
   

• Notify administrators, who will review the report.
   

• Take action within 24 business hours, which may include disabling the user’s profile.
   

False or malicious reporting may result in disciplinary action against the reporter’s account.

 

6. Account Suspension & Termination

• We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.
   

• Actions may include temporary suspension, permanent removal, or referral to law enforcement.
   

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
   

 

7. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property in the Application, including software, logos, trademarks, and content, belongs to us or our licensors.
   

• You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
   

 

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Application is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
   

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.
   

 

9. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Application, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
   

• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Application within the past 12 months.
